Our services are delivered in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, ensuring safe, effective, responsive, and well-led care at all times.

Registered Care Leadership

NeeryVille Care operates as a trading name of NeeryVille Care Ltd, a CQC-regulated provider. NeeryVille Care is led by a Registered Manager responsible for the overall quality, safety, and delivery of care services.

Registered Manager:
Shola Daniel Johnson

The Registered Manager oversees:

  • Care planning and delivery

  • Staff training, supervision, and competency

  • Safeguarding and risk management

  • Quality assurance and continuous improvement

  • Compliance with CQC regulations and best practice

This ensures that every care package is delivered with consistency, accountability, and professionalism.

Leadership Experience and Clinical Background

NeeryVille Care is led by a Registered Manager with extensive experience across the health and social care sector, including senior leadership roles within large, multi-site care organisations.

With over 12 years of experience in care management and service delivery, this leadership background includes managing large care teams, overseeing complex care packages, and maintaining high standards across multiple services. With a background in psychology and specialist training in dementia care,

Services under this leadership have achieved strong regulatory outcomes, including high CQC ratings, reflecting a consistent commitment to quality, safety, and person-centred care.

This experience is supported by a strong clinical foundation, developed through hands-on training and close collaboration with healthcare professionals, including working alongside medical teams in clinical environments. This provides a deeper understanding of complex care needs, hospital discharge, and ongoing care at home.

Having successfully completed the Care Quality Commission’s rigorous Registered Manager registration process, NeeryVille Care operates with a clear understanding of regulatory expectations, governance standards, and accountability in care delivery.
